Why book a coffee company that hasn't poured for the public yet? Fair question. The equipment is bought — the La Marzocco GS3 and Mahlkönig grinders are already dialing in. The insurance is bound, the recipes are timed, and the calendar is open. What we don't have yet is you.

A 50% deposit locks the date
Your event goes on the founding calendar and one of the ten spots comes off the board. Balance is due before the event, like every booking we'll ever take.
We pour
The cart arrives an hour early, dials in, and serves your room a proper café. Your team gets the coffee; you get the credit for finding us first.

The whole point of this offer is that there isn't much of it — but here are the straight answers.
No — and that's deliberate, so neither of us ever argues about an invoice. The $150 founding discount applies to your first booking. The $300 First Pour credit applies to your second, when it's booked within a month of the first. One incentive per invoice.
Then every dollar of your deposit comes back — in full, no conversation required. That's the founding trade: you take a chance on a new company, and the company carries all the risk of being new.
Maybe — send the date. Our first public service dates open in September, but if the equipment, staffing, and your venue line up earlier, we'll consider it and give you a plain yes or no the same day.
Because we'd rather run ten events flawlessly than twenty adequately. Ten is what one cart, one lead barista, and an honest calendar can deliver at the standard we're setting — and flawless first events are worth more to us than fast revenue.
